AMANDA BYNES SUES THE UNITED STATES

Amanda Bynes has filed a lawsuit in Federal court claiming the United States government is plotting to “get her.”

Bynes unleashed a barrage lawsuits against the NYPD and her apartment complex - all over her arrest earlier last week, and then today, she decided that New York City is conspiring with the federal government to turn her into a slave for the United States.

“I believe that the United States government is targeting me. They want me to work for them somehow and they want all my money. They are purposely ruining my reputation. I will not stand for that,” Bynes reportedly told fans gathered outside her hotel.

Denise Richards makes being a working mom look easy. Looking slender in a maroon mini-dress, the 42-year-old actress and mother of three looked radiant on her way to work May 22. Denise was filming two scenes in the L.A. area for her new ABC Family show, Twisted, in addition to doing a press junket.

The single star, who is temporarily taking care of Charlie Sheen's twin sons Bob and Max, revealed how she manages her busy schedule when she attended the Adopt-a-Doll event in L.A. May 18. "I'm on an ensemble show so, I'm not in every scene," Denise told Us Weekly. "I have days off and I go in for a couple of hours and shoot one or two scenes, so that's great for a working parent."

Amanda Bynes Claims Arresting Officer Sexually Harassed Her 'He Slapped My Vagina'

Amanda Bynes is now accusing the cop who arrested her Thursday night of sexual harassment ... saying on Twitter today, "He slapped my vagina."

Bynes just posted a long, rambling tweet trying to explain her version of the events that led to her arrest.

First off, she claims she only opened the window "for fresh air" and the cop was lying when he said she threw a bong out the window. She then explains, "He slapped my vagina. Sexual harassment. Big deal. I then called the cops on him."
