Channing Tatum: "I Fluctuate About 25-30 Pounds Between Movies"

Channing Tatum tells Cosmopolitan his weight fluctuates "25-30 pounds" in between movies.

Jenna Dewan-Tatum isn't the only one eating for two! In the July issue of Cosmopolitan, the pregnant actress' husband Channing Tatum admits he's also got a healthy appetite. "I'm a fat kid on the inside," the White House Down actor reveals. "I love food so much, and I fluctuate about 25-30 pounds between movies."
Though Tatum is currently filming Jupiter Ascending in London (where his wife will give birth to their firstborn child any day), the 33-year-old star jokes that he'd like to find a project that requires less exercise.
"I feel like I have to do a chess movie that requires very little movement at some point, just so I can eat pizza and play chess on the beach all day," Tatum says. "And then eat more pizza and cheeseburgers and drink beer. That'd be amazing. I'd give anything for that. I gotta figure that movie out!"

END OF THE WORLD POSTPONED

  endofworld_postponed

YUCATAN – Mayan scholars have updated their doomsday prophecy. The world will end in 2015, not 2012.Oops…. They made a mistake. There’s good news for those who were fearing the 2012 Mayan apocalypse. They counted wrong. The world is not going to end in December 2012. Instead, it’s going to end on September 3, 2015. Update your daily planners!

A new critique, published as a chapter in the new textbook “Calendars and Years: Astronomy and Time in the Ancient and Medieval World” argues that the accepted conversions of dates from Mayan to the modern calendar are off. This coupled with a new book, “We Are All Going To Die In 2015″ by Fritz Barnkopf are rewriting the Mayan doomsday playbook that has been popularized in our culture over the last ten years.
